Table top panels are probably the best 1st panel for most people.
The price to value ratio is the best of all red light therapy devices. They are also very versatile as you can do light therapy on small area: face, knees, back but you could also treat most of your body - if you have more time, as you need to shine light on each area then move to another. If you are less on money but have more time - this is perhaps the best solution.
Table top panel can be used for many areas. For instance: on face for beauty skin anti-aging:

By the way, on this photo you see me wearing clothes - but obviously, for effective light therapy - you would need to take off your clothes to expose your body directly to the therapeutic light!
I am very happy with my Mito PRO 300 X table top panel
The size 13" X 10" X 3" is just about right for me to do most of my therapy sessions and if you buy therapy panel mostly for face skin therapy - the size is just perfect!
PlatinumLED BIOMAX 300 is larger panel and also more expensive
but with the size of 19" x 9" x 3" obviously covers larger area of our body. If I was doing just face or knees - I would choose Mito light as it is smaller and cheaper. Not only cheaper to buy but also cheaper to run - BIOMAX has 100 LEDs and Mito only 60LEDS - if you like lower energy bills - the choice is easy.
