Full body red light therapy panels are created to allow us to quickly and comfortably shine beneficial light to all or most of our body. It's size is 64" x 17" x 3" and has 600 LED lenses (120 LED chips - as it is a dual chip panel)

but the width of the panel, which is 12", will cover only a slimmer person. More athletic person would probably benefit from 17" wide MitoPRO MEGA X
