What I really like in red light therapy that the companies allow you to just try their products - usually for 60 days. If you observe benefits to your skin, muscle pain or performance or general wellness improvements - you will keep the light panel and use it for many years. They last long - and you get usually about 3 years warranty for your peace of mind.
60 days testing is plenty time, to see the benefits of doing red light therapy at home. In my experience, for achy muscles and joints (in sport recovery or supporting any physical therapy) you can notice the difference even in one day - definitely within a week (depending on individual situation and problem). With skin and hair, it takes longer time to observe any improvements, but two months will definitely give you good enough test if red light therapy is the right thing for you!
