Most people I know, use red light therapy for two reasons:
- for improving skin health - sometimes called 'anti-aging'
- for muscle and joints - to reduce pain and speed up recovery
As skin needs relatively low level of light to benefit from it - we can use all panels for this purpose, but most popular is table top panel like this one here:
Of course if you want all the skin of your body to benefit from red light, you need much bigger panel like this for instance:
but if your budget is limited - and you focus on small area - you can still quite successfully use even handheld light panel like this:
